Sauce: 1/2 cup butter
8 oz's. ricotta cheese
8 oz's sour cream
8 oz's parmesan cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Simmer till melted, butter, add ricotta, sour cream and parmesan till creamy

Cook: Fettucini noodles till al dent'e, drain and pour white sauce over noodles and serve.
