Cream Together
1 stick unsalted butted
1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla



Directions:
Directions:
Spray or grease 7 x 9" pyrex dish or spring pan. Pour mix into dish. Slice and layer 3 black plums on top. Sprinkle sugar and cinnemon on top. Bake 350 degrees 40 minutes.

This recipe easily doubled for 9 x 13. Also makes a yummy breakfast cake.
