10oz. chopped broccoli cooked in salted water In 2 qt. sauce pan add: 4 T. butter 4 T. flour Make a paste over medium heat and then slowly add: 2 c. milk Cook, stirring constantly until thick and smooth
Add: 1/2 tsp. white pepper 1 c. chicken broth 1T. garlic salt Add garlic powder to taste 1 T. Worcestershire sauce Garnish with grated cheddar cheese if desired.
