1 stick butter, room temp
1/2 lb grated sharp cheese, room temp
1 cup flour
Add touch of red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pat into little rounds and bake at 450 for 10
minutes. If you like olives, this is really good folded around an
olive. This freezes well.....put on cookie sheet until frozen, then
transfer to ziploc bag.

Richard's cousin Teter Buxbaum shared this recipe. She makes
these all during the year, but especially around holiday time.
They are great with a glass of wine! Keep on had for a quick
treat when unexpected company arrives.
