1 - 21 oz pie filling (some types may have to be drained a little)
2 - 8 oz tubes crescent rolls (refrigerated ones)
2 tsp vanilla
1 large egg
1/2 cup sugar
2 packages 8 oz cream cheese (room temp)

Glaze:
yolk of one beaten egg with 1 tsp water,

Frosting:
powder sugar and water/coffee til good consistency

Directions:
Directions:
Beat until smooth: vanilla, egg, sugar, 2 pkgs cream cheese. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray a cookie sheet with Pam or other baking oil. Open one tube of the crescent rolls and place them on the bottom of the pan. Slightly press them together. Warm them in the oven for 4 minutes.
Remove pan from the oven and cool slightly.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top. Add the pie filling and arrange the other tube of crescent roll dough over the top.
Brush with the egg glaze.
Bake for 30 minutes. Cool and frost
