1 pkg refrigerator biscuits
1 lb ground beef
1 - 15 1/2 oz can chili beans
1 - 15 1/4 oz can Mexican style sandwich sauce
1/4 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Pat each biscuit over the bottom side of a greased muffin tin. Bake the biscuits at 400 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes. Brown the meat, add the beans, sauce and water. Heat. Remove the baked biscuits from the muffin pan, fill each one with the meat sauce, top with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
