1/3 and 1/4 cup miniature Marshmallows
1 T. plus 2 tsp. unsweetened Cocoa
1 T.Cornstarch, plus a pinch
1 c. skim milk
1 T. Light corn syrup
1 tsp.Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground Cinnamon
1 T. chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/3 C. marshmallows,cocoa, cornstarch and salt in a small saucepan. Gradually stir in milk and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Romove from heat; stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Let cool. Stir in 1/4 cup marshmallows and pecans. Makes 1 cup of sauce.
