2 c. diced, unpeeled Apple (about 2 med. apples)
1/2 c. Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
1 c. diced Celery
1/3 c. coarsely chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine apple, celery, nuts and mayonnaise; toss. If desired, mound salad in lettuce cups and garnish with maraschino cherries.
