8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 egg

1/3 cup sugar

6 oz. mini chocolate chips

1 cup sugar

tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

1 cup water

cup cocoa

1/3 cup oil

1 tbs. vinegar

In midget muffin pans, place midget paper cups.

Fill midget paper cups 1/3 full of cake mixture then drop 1 tsp. of cheese mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
