1 lb. Ground Beef
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
12 oz. Pkg. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 head Lettuce, torn to bite size pieces
4 or 5 Green Onions
1 can Ranch Style Beans, drained
1 bottle Catalina Salad Dressing
1 bag Frito Corn Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beeft and add taco seasoning mix according to direction on pkg. Chop tomatoes and onions. Combine beans, tomatoes, onions and ground beef; this can be done ahead of time to blend seasonings. About 30 minutes before serving, prepare lettuce in a large salad bowl. Mix meat mixture and cheese into lettuce and toss well. Serve with Frito chips.
