1/4 C cooking oil
2 T flour
1 large onion, chopped
12 ears fresh corn cut from cob(or 2 cans cream style corn
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 large bellpepper, chopped
1 1/2 pounds shrimp,
water or broth

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and add flour; brown to make a roux. Add onion and
saute; then add remaining ingredients. Add water or broth to
soup for desired consistency and simmer about one hour.
