Ingredients:  
1 small can creamed corn
1 egg
1/4 C fine cracker crumbs
1/4 C flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper(very important to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and drop by teaspoonful into hot oil until golden brown. Drain on brown paper or paper towels. Delicious served with seafood.
