3/4 C honey
2 eggs beaten
3/4 C quick cooking oats
3/4 C coconut
3/4 C brown sugar, packed
1/2 C butter or margarine
1/2 C currants or raisins
1/2 C chopped walnuts or pecans
9 inch pie shell
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pie shell and whipped cream; mix
well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 40-45 minutes or until filling
browns and knife blade inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool. Top with whipped cream and serve.
