8 oz cream cheese
1/2 C butter
1 lb shrimp
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 T butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 T garlic salt
1 tsp Tabasco
1/2 tsp red pepper
1 pint crabmeat
3/4 C cooked rice
1 C sharp cheese, grated
1/2 C bread crumbs

Cream butter and cream cheese; set aside. Saute onion, bell
pepper, celery and shrimp in 2 T butter about 4-5 minutes.
Add mushroom soup, mushrooms, garlic salt, Tabasco, red
pepper, crabmeat and rice, blend well. Add cream cheese
mixture, mix well. Pour into casserole, top with cheese and
bread crumbs. Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes...just
enough until heated through.
