1 lb . large pecan halves
1 eff white, well beaten (almost to soft peaks)
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl. Beat egg white in a large bowl. Add pecans to egg whites, coating well. Pour cinnamon mixture over coated pecans. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Turn nuts with spatula a few times during baking. Watch nuts carefully - do not overbake, nuts will become bitter. Sugar mixture will harden as nuts cool.
