Ingredients:  
* 1 large rib celery,chopped
* 1 small onion,minced
* 2 shallots,chopped
* 2 TBSP. butter
* salt & fresh ground pepper
* 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
* 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
* 2 tsp. parsley
* 1/4 cup water
* 4 whole boneless,skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
*Saute the celery & onion in the butter,medium heat,'til soft.*Stir in the bread crumbs,pecans,parsley & water.*Heat the oven to 400.*Rinse the chicken & pat dry.*Place each piece of chicken on a double foil square,season with salt & pepper.*Spoon 1/4 of the stuffing mixture onto the center of each chicken piece & close the foil tightly.*Place on a baking sheet & bake for 20 minutes.*Slice open the bundles,brush with the drippings & bake 15 to 20 more minutes{leave the bundles opened} 'til juices run clear & internal temp hits 165
