6 - C. of chopped chicken (cooked)
1 - med. onion chopped
2 - tbsp butter
2 - cans Cream of Chicken soup
2 - C. sour cream
1 - C. sliced ripe olives
1 - can mild green chopped chiles
12 - flour tortillas
1 - lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated.

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan saute onion in butter, add onion soup, sour cream, olives and chiles. Add chicken. Using 2 medium casseroles (or one large one), quarter the tortillas and cover casserole bottom, then cover with layer of chicken mixture, then a layer of cheese and totilla pieces. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
