1/4c. soy sauce 3 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. white vinegar ½ tsp. ginger ½ tsp. garlic powder ½ c. vegetable oil 1 ½ lbs. flank steak
Combine all ingredients (in a blender if preferred). Pierce steak on both sides. Lay steak in a shallow glass dish (I use a big ziplock bag). Pour marinade over steak, cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Grill. Slice against the grain into strips and serve.
