2 pkgs lemon Jello 1 c crushed pineapple (drained, save the juice) 2 c boiling water 2 bananas 2 c 7-Up 1 c mini marshmallows
Topping: 1 c pineapple juice 2 beaten eggs ½ c sugar 2 Tbsp cornstarch
Cook until thick and then cool. Add 1 tsp vanilla and whip a little more than ½ small carton of whipping cream and blend this into the topping. Top of Jello when set. Top that with grated cheddar cheese if desired.
