1 small pkg lemon Jello
c sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
Handful of mini-marshmallows
lemon, juiced
pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan
--crushed pineapples, not drained, sugar, lemon juice and bring to a boil, simmering 10 minutes.
--Put lemon Jello in a bowl and add 1 c boiling water and dissolve. Then add pineapple mixture to this.
--Put in fridge until Jello is stiff enough to shake a little. Then fold in pint whipped cream and stir this all together. Add the marshmallows and let set.
