Marinade:
1 cup Pace Picante Sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Dash of pepper
Dash of garlic powder
Assorted sliced vegetables, such as
zucchini, mushrooms, asparagus,
broccoli, red peppers



Guacamole:

1 large ripe avocado, mashed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons Pace Picante Sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade the vegetables in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator for 24 hours.(Depending on how much you are cooking, you will have to increase the ingredients proportionately.) You can also marinade and grill chicken or steak pieces if desired.

Grill the vegetables until done. Serve with grated cheese, sour cream, and more salsa wrapped in warm four tortillas. May also serve with fresh guacamole.
