1 lemon cake mix no pudding added
2 eggs
1 small instant lemon pudding
1 c water
1/3 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Glaze:
c powdered sugar
4 Tbsp lemon juice
Spoon glaze over hot cakes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes and then remove and cool on racks.
