1/2 C. Butter, softened
1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Orange Extract
1 1/2 tsp. Dairy Sour Cream
2 C. sifted Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 1/2 C. sliced Rhubarb (1/8" to 1/4" pieces)
1 C. chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in orange extract and sour cream. Sift together the dry ingredients and combine with the butter mixture. Stir in rhubarb and nuts. Pour into one greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hr and 20 mins.
