1 C cream of mushroom soup 1 C cream of celery soup 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 2 C water 1 1/2 C rice 1 frying size chicken, cut up
Combine soup & water. Spread rice on the bottom of a 13x 9- inch pan. Pour soup mixture over rice to moisten well. Put chicken on top of the rice. Pour remaining soup mixture over all. Dot with butter. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Cover part of this time.
