1 can refried beans 1 pkg taco seasoning mix 1 avocado - diced 3 T sour cream 1/4 cup green pepper - diced 1/2 cup green onion - diced 2 medium tomatoes - chopped 1 small can chopped, ripe olives 1 cup (or more) cheddar cheese - grated
Mix beans and taco seasoning and spread on large plate. Mix avocado and sour cream and spread on top. Layer remaining ingredients. Serve with Doritos or Tostitos corn chips.
