1 8 oz cream cheese 2 T milk 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 T dry onion flakes 1/2 cup sour cream 1 T butter, melted 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans 1/2 tsp salt
Put cream cheese in small casserole suitable for serving -- micro wave for 45 seconds or just until softened -- add milk, green pepper, garlic salt, pepper, onion flakes and sour cream -- mix well -- place butter in cup and microwave for 30 seconds --add nuts and salt to butter -- stir well and drain on paper towel -- spoon nuts over cheese mixture and serve.
