"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Prep step. Fry the hamb and sausage together in a frying pan, drain and set aside. Cut roast into small quarter pieces and cook in a pressure cooker for approx. 35-40 min or until tender. You can cook reg way until very tender and you are able to shred the meat into strings. Now using a skillet, put in your 1/2 cup oil and heat on med till hot. Using a wisk slowly sprinkle in the cup of flour. You need a smooth, runny sauce. Cook until light brown and bubbly. Add chili powder until the mixture is a golden dark brown color. Transfer the brown sauce to a big turkey roaster pan. Add about 1 qt water to the sauce and whisk. Add all the cooked shredded meat. Add diced onion, chillis, tomatoes, soup, rotel, garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. The whole mixture will look like a orange brown color not green. Cover and place in a pre-heated oven at 350 for 2 hours. Stir every 1/2 hr. Spoon off the excess grease. Thicken with cornstarch. When the chili is done, place a tortilla on a plate, and cover it with green chili, sprinkle with cheese, another tortilli, more chili, and cheese, and top with sour cream.
