2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 t. vanilla
(Put these ingredients into blender)

Mix:
2 c. flour
2 1/2 t. baking powder
3/4 t. baking soda
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
nuts and fruit, Optional

Add above ingredients to liquid in blender. Make waffles quickly - batter expands!
