"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
1 small wheel of Brie with the top scraped clean
fresh raspberries, rinsed
sliced almonds (they are good toasted or not)
brown sugar

Directions:
Set the Brie in a microwaveable dish. Pack a layer of brown sugar on top of Brie. Sprinkle almonds and arrange raspberries on top (squeeze on as many as you can because they are good!). Cover dish with plastic wrap and microwave for about 2-2 minutes. This is best served in a small chaffing dish so that it stays warm but I have been known to stick it back in the microwave every 15 minutes or so to keep it warm. Serve with sliced baguettes or water crackers.
