2 T. butter
3 1/2 T. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. Walnuts or Black Walnuts
2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in a double boiler until thick. Add nuts. Spread when cool and top with 1 minute frosting (similar to 7-minute).

I particularly like using black walnuts and add a little black walnut flavoring. Put on white cake and frost with 7-minute frosting.
