3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 T. minute tapioca
1/8 t. salt
1 T. butter
2 t. lemon juice
1/4 t. almond extract
6 or 7 fresh ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars, tapioca, salt, lemon juice and almond extract together. Add this to peaches and mix lightly. Turn fruit mixture into unbaked pie shell and dot with butter. Put top crust on also and bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
