2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1# can pumpkin
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup nuts

1--3oz cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp milk or cream
3 cups powdered sugar

Mix all the ingredients for the bars and put the mixture into a 17x11x3/4 cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. For the frosting, mix all the ingredients and spread over the bars when they are cool. You may add more cream to make the consistancy of your choice.
