2-3 lbs. stew meat
2 lb. bag mini carrots
8 lg. potatoes, cubed (not cooked)
2 lg. onions, sliced
1 can cr. of chicken soup
1 can cr. of celery soup
8 oz. can tomato sauce
8 oz can water
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew meat. (Don't need to cook all the way through, just brown it.) Place meat, carrots, potatoes and onions in large baking dish. Combine rest of ingredients then pour over meat and vegetables. Bake at 250 for 4-8 hours.
