FOR SAUCE:
* 3 TBSP. creamy peanut butter
* 4 TBSP. reduced sodium soy sauce
* 4 TBSP. plain yogurt
* 2 TBSP. brown sugar
* 2 TBSP. white wine vinegar
* 1 large finely minced garlic cloves
* 1 1/2 TBSP. finely chopped peanuts for garnish

FOR CHICKEN:
* 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
* 18 presoaked wooden skewers
* The juice of 1 lemon
* Salt & fresh ground pepper

*Thread the chicken onto the presoaked skewers,drizzle with the lemon juice & season with the s & p. *In a small bowl,whisk together the peanut butter,soy,yogurt,brown sugar,garlic,vinegar 'til very smooth.*Transfer to a serving bowl,cover & let stand 1 hour before serving.*Fire up the grill.*Grill the chicken 3 to 4 minutes per side,about 4 inches from the heat.*Serve immediately with the dipping sauce garnished with the peanuts.
