Ingredients:  
* 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
* 1/2 cup soy sauce
* 1/4 cup honey
* 2 TBSP. cider ~OR~ white wine vinegar
* 3 cloves minced garlic
* 1 tsp. ground ginger
* 5 pounds country style pork ribs
* 1 medium onion/sliced
* 4 TBSP. sesame seeds
* 2 TBSP. chopped green onions

*In a large bowl,combine the first 9 ingredients.*Add the ribs & coat well.*Put the sliced onion in a 5 quart crock pot,then add the ribs & the remaining sauce.*Cover & cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.*Cook until they are fork tender & temp out at 160 to 170.*Arrange on a platter & sprinkle with sesame seeds & green onions.
