* 1 {1 pound} loaf frozen bread dough/thawed
* 1 TBSP. olive oil
* 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
* 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
*Lightly grease the outsides of 6 - 10 ounce custard cups with crisco {DO NOT use cooking spray}.*Place the cups upside down on a large cookie sheet.*Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces & shape each piece into a ball,then roll it out onto a floured surface into 6" rounds.*Place the rounds over the custard cup bottoms.*Brush with the oil & sprinkle with the garlic & basil*Cover & let rise 20 minutes in a warm place.*Heat the oven to 350.*Bake for 15 to 20 minutes 'til golden brown.*Let them cool for 5 minutes,then cool further on a wire rack right side up.*To serve,place the bread bowl in a bowl & fill with your favorite soup or stew.
