2 T. Yeast (Dissolve in 1/4 cup warm water)
4 cups milk- Scalded and cooled
6 T. Sugar
2 T. Salt
6 T. Fat (Butter, oil, or shortening)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together scalded milk , sugar, salt and fat. Add yeast to cooled milk mixture. Then add 10-12 cups of flour. Knead well. Let rise to double in size. Knead into four loaves. Let the loaves rise. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
