2 or more pounds of chicken (we like thighs)
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup ketsup
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp accent seasoning
1 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Clean chicken, cut off excess fat. I remove all skin and wash thorougly. Coat in mixture of flour, salt n pepper, or sometimes I use Mrs Dash in the flour too. Cook just to brown outside, and set into small roaster or pan. Mix remaining ingredients and microwave until nearly boiling. Pour over chicken and slow cook in oven, around 350 for couple of hours.
