3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cans chicken broth (14-1/2 oz.)
2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained (15oz.)
1 jar salsa
1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
1 cup cooked long grain rice
1 tblsp lime juice
1 tsp ground cumin

In a large saucepan, saute celery, onion, and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients; heat through.
