Prepare roasts (as many as you wish), we usually cook up 6 or more to feed for a large event. First cut off external fat. Place in crock pot or large roaster. Add one cup of water for every couple of roasts. Sprinkle with 1 pkg of dry lipton onion soup mix (a little goes a long way). Add 3 tbsp of beef bouillon sprinkles. Add one tsp of soy sauce.
Let cook for several hours until done, take knife and fork and pull apart to shred. Let simmer, salt and pepper to taste. Can make in small or large quantities; add accordingly.
