Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash three cups rice with water twice and drain the water.
2. Pour rice into a non-stick pan and add 5 cups of water with oil and 2 spoons of salt. Mix together.
3. Bring the water to boil over high temperature. Let water boil until there is no more water. Cover the pan and cook over low temperature for 1 hour.
