1 lb. lamb or beef
6 small eggplant
3 onions
2 spoons tomato paste
2 spoons fresh lime juice
cooking oil
salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel onions and slice thinkly. Fry in oil until it bcomes golden. Cut meat into small pieaces and fry with onions until it changes color.
2. Add the water to 2-3 glasses of boiling water. Add salt and cook on medium heat for. About one hour until about one glass of water is left. Then add tomato paste and lime juice.
3. Peel, slice and then fry eggplant until golden. Place them over the meat (don't mix with meat) cook over 15 minutes.
