2 cups flour
2 T. dry instant yeast
2 cups hot water
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 egg white
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 c. flour and dry yeast. Combine hot water and butter and add to above. Mix 1 tsp. salt and eggs (& white) and add to above. Add 1 cup + of flour until smooth (and a little sticky). Raise for 1 hour. Roll out to size of small pizza. Add toppings (pepperoni, cheese, olives, sausage, ham, etc). Fold over and double fold ends to ensure they are closed. Bake at 350 until tops are brown (about 20 min.) When cool enough to eat, break apart and dip in pizza sauce.
