* 1 pound cooked Italian sausage links
cut into 1"pieces
* 1 long loaf crusty Italian bread/1" cubes
* 1/2 cup purchased garlic spread/melted
~OR~ make your own
* parsley

Directions:
Directions:
*Heat the grill
*Alternately thread the sausage & bread onto metal skewers,be sure to put the cut side of the sausage out so they can absorb the garlic spread.
*Mix the garlic spread & parsley in a small bowl & brush over the bread & sausage.
*Grill 4 to 6 minutes over medium heat,brushing with the rest of the garlic spread.

Goes great with some fresh corn on the cob & Alfredo pasta.
**Watch the garlice bread,it burns quickly. An easy solution is to thread the sausage & bread on separate skewers.**
