1/2 T. yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 T. oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add a sprinkle of sugar. Stir -- then cover and let stand about 10 minutes for yeast to expand. Add rest of ingredients, using 1/2 white and 1/2 whole wheat flour if desired. Mix well. Knead by hand. Let sit 10 to 20 minutes covered with a damp cloth. Roll out to desired thickness and size. Place on a greased (sprinkled with corn meal) pizza pan. If making thick crust, pre-bake crust 2 to 3 minutes. Add desired sauce and toppings. Bake at 400 -- 450
