* 3/4 pound lean ground beef~OR~
ground Italian sausage
* 1 medium onion/minced
* 2 TBSP. minced garlic
* 1 can Grands flaky biscuits
* 1 TBSP.each sesame seeds & poppy seeds
* 1 {14 ounce} jar pizza sauce
* 1 cup each finely shredded pizza cheese &
sharp cheddar cheese
* salt,pepper,worchestershire sauce to taste

*Heat oven to 375.*Spray a cookie sheet,set aside
*Brown the ground beef 'til cooked/drain & season.
*Meanwhile,separate the dough into 8 biscuits & place 3" apart on the cookie sheet.*Press out each biscuit to 3 1/2" rounds,indenting the middle,leaving a 1/4"rim.*Brush the rim with water & sprinkle on the seeds.*Put about 1/4 of the 2 cheeses into the indentation & bake for about 10 minutes 'til melted & remove.*Indent again if needed .*Combine the meat & sauce,spoon it evenly between the 8 biscuits.*Top off with the remainder of the cheeses & bake for 10 to 12 more minutes 'til the cheese is well melted & the biscuits are golden .
