2 pounds halibut filets (1/2-inch thick)
3/4 c. flour
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Using small round cookie cutter, cut halibut into discs resembling scallops. Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Dip halibut pieces into milk and then roll in seasoned flour. Saute in butter until browned, about 3 minutes on each side. Serve warm with tartar sauce.
