3/4C all purpose flour
3/4tsp salt
1/4tsp pepper (black or white)
1/2C buttermilk
3/4tsp Tabasco
1lb beef cube steaks
1/4C Peanut Oil
2Tbs flour
1C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir: together flour, salt and pepper in shallow dish. Combine buttermilk, Tabasco in a bowl. Dredge steaks in flour mix and then dip into buttermilk, then repeat.

Heat 1/4C oil until ready, add steaks and cook until you like them, drain on papertowel.

Heat 2Tsp of oil, wisk in 2Tsp of flour, salt & pepper and cook, whisking constantly until golden brown, gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until it thickens, pour over meat
