1/2 pound ground chicken breast , uncooked
1/2 pound ground lean veal, uncooked
6 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
2 large eggs
1 c. heavy cream, divided
4 c. fat-free chicken broth
2 tbsp. flour
1-1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix ground meat, bread crumbs, eggs, 2 tbsp. of cream, salt and pepper. Roll mixture into balls, using about 1 tbsp. per each. In large saucepan, heat chicken broth to boiling and add meatballs. Boil until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Remove meatballs with slotted spoon and set aside. Strain chicken broth and reserve 1-1/2 cups. Whisk flour into reserved chicken broth and heat slowly, adding remaining cream, sugar and lemon juice and whisking constantly until thickened and smooth. Return meatballs to sauce until heated through and serve.
