* 1 cup fresh raspberries
* 1/3 cup sugar
* 2 TBSP. cornstarch
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 2 cups fat free half & half ~OR~skim milk
* 1/2 tsp. vanilla
* 4 tsp. packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
*Divide the raspberries among 4-10 ounce custard cups.*Mix the sugar,cornstarch & salt in a medium saucepan.*Stir in the half & half.*Heat to boiling over medium heat,stir frequently.*Stir in the vanilla.*Spoon over the raspberries.*Turn on the broiler.*Sprinkle 1 tsp. brown sugar over each cup.*Broil 4 to 6 " from the heat 2 to 3 minutes or just 'til the brown sugar is melted.*Serve immediately.
